Respectful Workplace Policy and Whistle Blowing System
The RWP Policy and Whistleblowing System (WBS) Training was organized to strengthen employees' awareness and understanding of integrity, compliance, and the safe and responsible reporting of misconduct, thereby supporting the effective implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The training was delivered through the Learning Management System (LMS) and distributed to all employees via the WEGE Hub broadcast platform.
Risk Management Training 2026
The Manrisk Risk Awareness Training for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners was conducted to strengthen their understanding and leadership in implementing risk management across all levels of the organization. The program emphasized the importance of fostering a strong risk-aware culture as the foundation for effective, accountable, and sustainable decision-making.
Human Rights and Climate Risk Awareness Program
HRDD and TCFD are key pillars in the implementation of responsible business practices. By identifying, assessing, and managing human rights and climate-related risks, the Company strengthens its organizational resilience. This approach supports the achievement of ESG objectives while fostering long-term business sustainability amid an evolving global landscape.
SAP Training (Corporate Operational Digitalization)
The Company regularly conducts SAP training and user assistance programs to enhance employee competencies and support the digitalization of business processes. These initiatives ensure the optimal implementation of SAP, improve data accuracy, accelerate business processes, and support more effective decision-making through an integrated system.
Emission Awareness Activity
The Company conducted an Emissions Awareness program to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of emissions management. Through this initiative, employees are encouraged to adopt more environmentally friendly work practices and actively contribute to the Company's emissions reduction efforts.
ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System Training
The ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) training covers the principles, requirements, and implementation of the system to prevent, detect, and address bribery risks. Participants learn about anti-bribery policies, risk assessment, due diligence, internal controls, and reporting and investigation mechanisms. The training aims to enhance employees’ understanding and compliance in fostering a culture of integrity and preventing bribery practices within the company.
Sharing Session: Climate Change, Carbon & ESG: Why It Matters?
This sharing session is part of the “Emissions Warriors” program, which aims to enhance employees’ understanding of climate change, carbon emissions, and ESG, as well as to encourage each individual to play an active role in supporting decarbonization efforts and the implementation of green construction within the company.
